Robert COLES
Robert is a leader with deep, global experience in organisational development, transformation, and change, executive coaching, and cross-cultural leadership. He works with CEOs, boards, and leadership teams to navigate change, develop strategy, and build high-performing organisations.
His doctoral research examines how language and dialogue shape boardroom effectiveness, revealing predictable forensic relationships between language use and dialogic practices, and subsequent decision-making effectiveness – particularly critical during complex decision making, high-stress situations, or when managing conflicting perspectives and power dynamics.
A proud Irishman he has lived and worked around the world and is now settled in the UK. A frequent visitor to France, his ‘soul’ country, he is also a very keen climber and mountaineer.
