Boris is an INSEAD Certified Executive Coach with over 20 years of international career experience in Human Resources and direct leadership expertise, primarily in the Life Sciences and Professional Services sectors.
Boris’ mission is to create space for Leaders o lead with authenticity and inclusivity. All with one purpose in mind; for Leaders to become unmatched in their leadership. A psychodynamic and holistic perspective is applied for coachees who benefit from bringing their full selves, curiosity and vulnerability into these spaces created for them.
Boris was born and raised in Switzerland, used to live in London and now lives at the shores of beautiful Lake Lucerne. He is a keen runner and passionate music aficionado.
