Deborah BERLINCK
Deborah Berlinck is a Swiss-Brazilian journalist, leadership coach, and member of the Enablers Network, a global community of experienced practitioners working with leading organizations on cultural transformation and leadership development.
She brings a unique perspective to her coaching, drawing on a 30-year career as an international journalist and recent certification in neuroscience-based leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
As a correspondent for O Globo – a Brazilian newspaper that belongs to the largest media group in Latin America – based in Europe, Deborah covered some of the most significant events of recent decades, from conflicts in the Middle East to papal transitions and global economic summits.
This experience shaped her ability to navigate complexity, remain calm under pressure, and listen deeply – skills that now inform her coaching practice.
Her approach blends the latest research on how the brain works with the power of strategic storytelling and active listening to support leaders and teams in building trust, clarity, and sustainable results.
Deborah holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute in Geneva. She lives in Switzerland, is the mother of Anna Carolina, and is a passionate marathon runner.
